For cancellation or reschedule requests
Please send the request as early as possible and no later than 48 hours before the reserved slot, including the booking name and appointment date.
Payment questions
If your issue concerns a Stripe payment or payment receipt, include the payment date, the booking name, and the relevant email address.
Personal data
Requests for access, correction, or deletion of personal data may be sent through this page by choosing the Personal data request reason.
Disputes and mediation
After a prior written complaint through the support form and if no satisfactory solution is found, a consumer client may refer the matter free of charge to CM2C: 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, https://www.cm2c.net/declarer-un-litige.php, litiges@cm2c.net.
Response time
Requests are handled as promptly as possible. If your message concerns an upcoming appointment, it helps to mention the appointment date clearly in your message.
