Gentle work with the rib cage, diaphragm, and spine.
- Restoring freedom of breathing and lightness of movement.
- Supporting the body's natural breathing rhythm.
Faceplasty combines breathwork, touch, and bodywork to help release tension, restore support in the body, and bring a softer, more natural expression back to the face.
Each session offers precise, gentle work with tissues, breathing, and mobility.
The goal is not to force the body, but to give it back space, support, and a freer sense of itself.

Hello! My name is Irina.
For me, faceplasty is more than a bodywork method. It is a way of working carefully with breath, tissue, and the overall state of the body.
My path into bodywork began with a search for gentle ways to support the body without pressure or force.
Over time, faceplasty became the approach that felt the most honest and meaningful to me.
I received my professional education at the Academy of Faceplasty and Osteopathy, where I completed advanced training under the guidance of its founder, Dr. Ales Ulishchenko, PhD in medical sciences.
As part of my preparation, I studied:
This training taught me to look at the body as a whole, respect its rhythm, and work with precision and care.
In my work, I strive to create a space of gentle support for the body, without violence or rush.
Faceplasty can help bring back easier movement, fuller breathing, and a greater sense of ease in the body.
Each session is based on gentle touch, close attention to tissue, and respect for how the body responds.
I welcome you in Paris to a practice where there is time to slow down, listen to the body, and regain a steadier sense of support.
