Irina Anpalova

Hello! My name is Irina.
For me, faceplasty is more than a bodywork method. It is a way of working carefully with breath, tissue, and the overall state of the body.

My path into bodywork began with a search for gentle ways to support the body without pressure or force.
Over time, faceplasty became the approach that felt the most honest and meaningful to me.

I received my professional education at the Academy of Faceplasty and Osteopathy, where I completed advanced training under the guidance of its founder, Dr. Ales Ulishchenko, PhD in medical sciences.

As part of my preparation, I studied:

  • faceplasty training methods,
  • the practice of accompaniment through faceplasty,
  • craniosacral therapy.

This training taught me to look at the body as a whole, respect its rhythm, and work with precision and care.

Gentle, precise, and respectful work

In my work, I strive to create a space of gentle support for the body, without violence or rush.
Faceplasty can help bring back easier movement, fuller breathing, and a greater sense of ease in the body.

Each session is based on gentle touch, close attention to tissue, and respect for how the body responds.

I welcome you in Paris to a practice where there is time to slow down, listen to the body, and regain a steadier sense of support.
