Payment
Payment is requested at the time of booking by card through Stripe. The booking is treated as confirmed only after the time slot and payment have both been validated.

The client should provide accurate contact details and any information relevant to arranging the appointment.
Nature of the service
The session is a wellness and bodywork practice. It is not a medical act and does not replace diagnosis, medical treatment, or medical follow-up.
Mediation
If a consumer dispute remains unresolved after a prior written complaint, a consumer client may refer the matter free of charge to CM2C.
Before the session
Before payment is confirmed, the client is encouraged to review the booking details, displayed price, and the documents covering cancellation, support, and privacy.
On the day of the appointment
If the client arrives late, the effective session time may be shortened so that later bookings can still be honored.
