Up to 48 hours before the appointment
The client may request cancellation or a reschedule through the support page. If the request is made within that period, a full refund may be issued or a new slot may be offered subject to availability.
Less than 48 hours before the appointment
Because the slot has been reserved specifically for the client, the amount paid may remain due and no commercial refund is guaranteed.
No-show or very late arrival
If the client does not attend without notice or arrives so late that the session cannot reasonably take place, the slot is treated as used.
Withdrawal rights
If mandatory statutory withdrawal rights apply to a remote booking, this policy is not intended to restrict those rights. For any specific situation, please contact support.
How to request cancellation
Please include the booking name, appointment date, and the email address linked to the order.
Refund timing
When a refund is approved, it is returned through the original payment method within the usual technical delays of the payment provider.
Mediation
